News Story and Announcment of Google Nexus 6

The article uses plain language to explain the important technical features of the phone, and then describes how the phone will measure up to other cell phones in the market. In that sense, the news story’s writing is objective. It compares the Nexus 6 to other current cell phones and discusses the major difference between them.

In contrast, Google’s own announcement of the Nexus 6 only focuses on the phone’s qualities. It does not mention how the Nexus 6 compares to other phones. Also, it uses more biased language than the news story. The announcement uses more adjectives to describe the phone’s features than technical phrases.
